We offer the following delivery options
Collect in person – Free of Charge
Royal Mail Second Class Signed
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
Orders over £50 – Free of Charge
We accept most credit and debit cards and we use Paypal to process all payments.
Please note you do not need a PayPal account to purchase as you can use your own debit or credit card but we PayPal to process the payments securely on our behalf.
You can also pay for your candles and accessories online and collect them from us in person.
Depending on the delivery option you selected.
Collect in person – Free of Charge.
Royal Mail Second Class Signed – Usually 1 – 2 days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – Usually next day.
Orders over £50 – Free of Charge – Usually 1 -2 days.
We do not hold any payment details for your on our website. All of this is handled by PayPal which is safe and secure.
We do not share your data with any third party organisations.
As long as we have your products in stock we carefully package your gifts and prepare your label before being collected by Royal Mail ready for delivery.
We will send you an update with your shipping references numbers if this option is selected.
If you have selected to Collect in Person we make sure your gifts are ready to collect and will call to let you know when they are ready.
We are fully compliant to all Legislation and take this just as seriously as we do over the quality and testing of all of our ranges.
Our Candles, other Home Fragrance and Body Products go through extensive testing (our Body Products and their formulas also go through our Chemist for approval) before they are available to purchase.
